The 2021 ranking of the Forbes’ Best–in–State Wealth Advisors(1) list was developed by SHOOK Research and is based on in–person and telephone due–diligence meetings to evaluate each advisor qualitatively and on a ranking algorithm that includes client retention, industry experience, review of compliance records, firm nominations, and quantitative criteria (including assets under management and revenue generated for their firms). Overall, approximately 32,725 advisors were considered, and 5,000 (approximately 15.3 percent of candidates) were recognized. The full methodology(2) that Forbes developed in partnership with SHOOK Research is available at www.forbes.com.

(1)This recognition and the due-diligence process conducted are not indicative of the advisor's future performance. Your experience may vary. Winners are organized and ranked by state. Some states may have more advisors than others. You are encouraged to conduct your own research to determine if the advisor is right for you.

Christy Armstrong

Client Service Manager

Christy joined Weibler Financial & Retirement in March 2017. She handles the administrative duties of the firm, which include supporting the advisors, maintaining operating efficiency with paperwork and software programs, greeting clients in the office, and preparing materials for upcoming meetings with clients.

Christy has more than 30 years of customer service and more than 20 years of a variety of bookkeeping experience. She worked for her family-owned window covering business in Spokane during her young adulthood, where she first experienced bookkeeping duties and ordering processes and developed her communication skills. She knew at a young age that she wanted to work with people, enjoyed bookkeeping, and was passionate about accuracy and making sure the operations of any business run smoothly and efficiently. She has always kept that philosophy throughout her professional career.

After living in Chicago from 2000 to 2003 for her husband’s job, they found themselves in the Lewiston, Idaho, valley. With three young sons, Christy and her husband, Jeff, wanted to be closer to their extended families. Christy worked in accounting and in accounts payable for several years. But her passion for small locally owned businesses drew her back to where she has found her home with Weibler Financial & Retirement.

Christy and Jeff love the LC Valley and plan on retiring here. She is passionate about helping support her local community and the surrounding small businesses, nonprofits, and schools, which have taken great care in educating and supporting her sons clear through high school.

Christy is currently serving on the board of directors for the Chamber of Commerce, she's served on the United Way Education grant panel, and she is a 2019 graduate of the Leadership LC Valley Program. Christy has taken on additional responsibilities at Weibler Financial, which include working on key marketing initiatives, planning client events, business development, streamlining different workflows within the office, and handling public relations for the firm.
